Clutter Clearance: Very Important Feng Shui Practice

In feng shui, clutter is viewed differently . Not only clutter complicates your life, disturbs the view of your home and steals precious time, it also steals your vital energy.

Do you really want to let clutter drain your precious life energy?

What is clutter?
Feng shui definition: Clutter is low, stagnant, blocked energy that drains energy from you and lowers the quality of your life.

General definition: Anything that you do not use, do not like, or do not have a place for IS clutter. Either use it, like it, find a place for it, or let it go. It is that easy.

The main areas to start to clear your clutter with feng shui (and always keep fresh and clean!) are the following:
1.Main Entry
2.Your Kitchen
3.Your Bedroom

Main Entry:

Your front entrance is the way your house gets its energy nourishment. In feng shui, the front door is called the mouth of Chi, or energy.

Let go of any objects in your main door area that are not really needed there, such as the recycle bins in full view, chipped pots, etc.

Find a way to deal with all the incoming mail so that it does not take over the space. A small drawer in the closet may be a solution if the space is limited in the entryway area.

Keep only the in-season items in your main entry closet.

Bring a sense of beauty to your main entry, as in feng shui the state of your main entry determines the quality of Chi, or energy, that later circulates throughout your house.

Your Kitchen.

The state of your kitchen is the state of your health, especially the state of your liver.

Liver is the main detoxifying organ in the body. So do your liver and your health a big favor and clean up and de-clutter that kitchen!

De-clutter the refrigerator.
Clean the stove and all the pots and pans.
Let go of all harsh chemical cleaners from the kitchen and go for natural ones.
Clean out all the drawers, surfaces, light fixtures, etc.

Your Bedroom.

We are most influenced by things, events, and people that are closest to us, so it is absolutely logical (and highly advisable) to first start applying feng shui to clear the clutter in your bedroom.

Take out all the items that create visual (and energetic/ EMF) clutter and do not really belong in the bedroom. This includes the TV, any exercise equipment, office/work related items, storage items, etc.

Clear the clutter under the bed.

Thoroughly de-clutter and clean your closets. Let go of as many items as possible that you have not used in a long time.

So......When Are you Starting:

Clutter Of Life: Excerpt From License to Live: By Priya Kumar
Beautiful Drive to Taj Villas:
" Ä ride would normally have taken me two hours was spanned in less than 20 minutes. This is beauty of life. If we reduce the traffic in our heads and hearts,Success is within reach. If We allow traffic of Mis-arranged emotions to create clutter in our heads, then twenty minute ride can sometimes take twenty years to complete. We realize too late that success was only an arm's length away........."

Feng shui : Introduction

Feng shui means "wind and water." Feng shui is the wisdom that helps in finding the difference between Auspicious & Inauspicious.Good Feng shui results when the winds and the waters surrounding homes & workplaces are harmonious and well balanced. Good Feng shui encourages good luck to flow through your home and touch all who live there.Feng shui decorating is basically a way to decorate your home so as to create a vibrant feeling of joy and harmony.Feng shui decorating does not necessarily mean creating a Zen-type home; what Feng shui decorating means is that you create an environment that has the best energy to support the specific activity, or activities intended for that space.
